perfect fit
It's available
Perfect fit.
Doesn’t fit the CJ8 hard too very well
Windshield seemed to be well made and installed easily; however, a few things have presented problems. Not all holes for the bolts aligned perfectly although the inner nut does move. I installed using the original hinge and had to enlarge one hole in the hinge to be able to attach the windshield. Also, the hard top does not fall completely over the top of the windshield. I am still playing with this problem and would appreciate any comments. Drops down fine on the driver side but will not fall into place on the passenger side.
Nuts welded into inside of frame had absolutely horrible alignment with screws for windsheild hinges. Packaging stuck to frame required heavy scraping and chemicals to remove protective packaging. Not happy with purchase. Will try to make it work with modification
The hinge captive nuts do not allow a bolt, they are offset. The windshield frame has holes for access to a captive fixed nut plate, yet the holes cover the nut plate threads.
The vendor also used sticky foam on each corner the required an hour to remove only to find the holes are not aligned.
windshield frame terrible inside lip was too big had to grind down
my original CJ windshield will not fit
compared to original frame dimensions were smaller
the rubber seal that goes on bottom of frame will not sit flat on face of frame keeps curling DONT BUY
Windshield glass will not fit in this frame, vehicle has been at Town and Country Jeep for 2 months, the auto glass company cannot make the glass fit this frame. What do we do
