I have purchased a well loved '07 Unlimited with these fender flairs installed. The drivers side Marker lens and bulb are broken. Are replacements available?

Hi guys, I'm interested in this item. My question is, what is the difference between this set and the 11640.10 Hurricane Flat Fender Flares? Thanks in advance.
The side markers in this kit are styled to be road legal in the EU. The kit 11640.10 is for domestic/US legal road operation.
I live in Massachusetts, is the side marker DOT compliant?

Are these fender flares same width or wider than the oem fenders? If wider, how much wider? Thanks, Oskar
They are the same width as the factory flares
