Nice product. My only gripe is I wish the d-ring screw was red.

Keep one in both Jeeps--wife doesn't have a recovery bumper but does have a hitch. Used mine once when stuck in mud and buddy had no winch--worked great with a recovery strap to get me back a few feet onto dry ground. If you use it in nasty situations, attach a snatch block to the shackle and run the winch line though that. Just be aware of the sheer point of the hitch pin securing this in place...
This is also handy for helping someone in a standard SUV with no good winch points but does have a hitch to get out of a snow bank.

Exactly what I was looking for. Very robust construction.

Solid and fit perfectly. Brings added insurance/confidence to my recovery options. Red paint was slightly scratched, but hey, it’s on a Jeep.

Really nice, I was surprised at how solid the receiver and d ring felt.

Sweet, simple, does the job. The pin was too tight, difficult to insert and remove, replaced it, now doing well.
