It will fit the 2018 JK Rubicon. It will obscure the rear camera on the JL Rubicons.
Looking to use this 4 bike rack for my JKU when being flat towed behind my RV. Many rack manufacturers will not approve their rack to be used on a flat towed vehicle. Can this rack be used on my Jeep when being flat towed behind the RV? Thank you!
Yes this can be used on a flat tow setup. As long as this rack is mounted correctly it would be no different then taking your Jeep on a road trip with the Quadratec Bike Rack.

There are too many other variables in play to confirm this. What I can do is provide you the measurements from the hitch pin hole to the inside of the vertical bar. There are two hitch pin holes that can be utilized: Hole One: 13 1/8" to the rear of the vertical bar Hole Two: 12 1/4" to the rear of the vertical bar
Can this rack carry women's bikes or does an adapter bar for the bike need to be used?
Yes, but we would recommend a Y-Frame Adapter Bar (Part #92034.1010).
What’s the distance from center of the hitch pin hole to the upright bar (so we know if it will clear spare with non-stock wheel and tire)?
There are two hitch holes on the mount. The distance from the first hole to the bike rack upright post is 13-1/8". The distance form the second hole is 12-1/4".
