After ordering these I just realized this does not include calipers. Am I able to use the stock calipers?

Will this fit the 2007 with 18 inch factory wheels?
Yes, it will.
I have Quadratec Moab wheels (17 x 8.5) with 5.2 inch backspacing. This Dynatrac brake kit says it requires 4.75 or less. I want to confirm that these brakes won't fit. Is there any wiggle room here?
No the brake rotor clearance requires minimum of 4.75" backspacing.
When these brakes are worn out and need to be replaced are the pads available separately or will I need to purchase the entire kit again?
This kit uses stock size brake pads. The included Dynatrac brake pad part numbers are JK44-1127-A and JK44-1127-B.
