Can you fold the entire top down like a stock soft top?

I've purchased Quadratec Part #: 11033.5605 Smittybilt Part #: 9973235 My stock windshield header doesn't match up with new top. Do i need to purchase smittybilt windshield header for it to match up and fit correctly?
