I have a 2 door and this fits nicely into the cup holder behind the center console, but does not interfere with folding the rear seat.

It fits in the 2018 unlimited as well. Doesn't get in the way of the shifter.

Convenient

4 stars as the hinge is very thin and I don't expect the hinge to last long. Same item was on Amazon for over $20. For $5, I'd raise it to 4.5 stars. In front cupholder, my wife's hand would rub it when putting her 2018 4dr JK in drive. She reversed it and put it in the rear cupholder, but it does make getting into the console slightly awkward. But it works for her. Overall, we are happy with this trashcan as it is easy to clean, holds a decent amount of trash, and is easy to empty. Overall we are glad we purchased it.

Handy, but it needs to go into the forward cup holder (as shown) and if you drive a stick shift, it'll make it close in 2nd and 4th. Almost gets in the way downshifting. If it was a little thinner to fit the rear holder, that's would be ideal IHMO. Still better than the floorboard for most stuff.

Works fine. Does take up one drink slot but you get used to it or just move temporarily if you have two cups. Doesn't store a ton of trash but it does cause you to empty it more often so you don't get to a place where things are growing and stinking up your jeep
