I have the 10th Anniversary JK steel bumper. In order to fit a winch what parts do I need apart from the winch itself?

The bumper looks very similar to the Wrangler JL rubicon steel bumper... Does it fit the JL wranglers?
No, it does not. JK and JL frame horns have different bolt hole alignments and this bumper is not equipped to direct swap to JL, alignment unlike some other aftermarket bumper brand's bumpers allow. Thanks for your inquiry.

You would need a different bumper for flat towing. Jeep does offer any bumpers that are rated for that.
