I already have the electric/power hoist, but just need the actual cross/lift pieces for the hard top - is it possible to buy those or do I have to purchase this manual full option to pair with the electric hoist I already have?

What is the minimum ceiling height for this jeep top hoist product?
8" is the minimum usable ceiling height.
Will this support a top with the Rhino Rack system?
This product is not meant to be used while a rack system is installed on your hardtop.
In the instructions it looks like the cable and hand crank are in line behind the jeep when removing the top. Can the cabling and hand crank be routed to and mounted on a side wall next to the jeep (when backed into the garage stall)? Thanks.
This product is only designed to be mounted and used from the rear of the Jeep, not the side.
How much space is left between the ceiling and the jeep tops when lifted? I want to get my top as close to the ceiling as possible.
Approximately 6-7" between the ceiling and the panels stored on the top.
Earlier reviews stated that a 2nd pulley is needed. Has this been corrected, or would we have to purchase a 2nd pulley?
The second pulley is not a necessary item. You can add a second pulley to reduce the work needed to lift the top, as well as create more clearance in tight spaces. This system was designed and tested to be lifted from a single pulley.
another question regarding this lift once top is lifted off wrangler can it stay suspended for 6 to 7 month period
