2015 Rubicon Hardrock with stock hitch. Cosmetic damage but enough to want to replace. Dealer says part # 68195897AB replacing 68195897AA. You show this fits my Jeep but have part #82213654. Does this fit my Jeep? Thanks

How much do you torque the bolts?
The rear bumper support bolts 18.5 lb-ft of torque, and rear bumper support bracket to frame bolts are 40.5 lb-ft. Thanks for your inquiry.

This will work with the Sherpa Rack if you leave off the closeout panels that meet up with the fender flares.
Does the bumper include the red towhooks?
No, the tow hooks are not included.
