Like several others, I was really hesitant to order glass for fear of what may happen in shipping. I read the reviews that others had the same worry, but everything was fine in the end. Box arrived, as 2 boxes, taped together, and I was worried again... That's a lot of surface area to have an accident.

I just opened it up, and it's in a ton of foam and bubble wrap. Glass looks perfect, no worries at all.

Plus, I ordered it around noon on a Thursday at it was here on Saturday.

Excellent, as always. So, fear not. If you need it, order it.

Came with everything I needed minus that it doesn't come with the bottom gasket for the glass and the tailgate. One of the bracket covers did get damaged during shipping but support took care of it. THANK YOU!!! Great service.

Emergency repair: nice to have Hinges pre-installed, made for a quick install...other than removing wiper from existing shrapnel. 2nd day shipping got it here before Deer Season. Being without Rubicon while hunting with Dyed in the wool Ford in-laws wasn't an option.
Shipped wrapped in about 6 layers of foam and ALOT of bubble wrap insured a safe delivery. Thank You Quadratec!

Important safety tip for those who've yet to break the rear window...gravel roads, flat front on a trailer and tires that like to grab rocks, Ricochets are nasty. 1st rock exploded rear window, second rock came through back, grazed the side of my head and hit steering wheel. Quadratec came through and bailed me out fast!

The product was exactly what I needed with a few extras, came with the hinges and ball mounts for the struts...this was the second one they sent me because ups lost the first one...shipping is fast and easy. Got this next day as promised...had it installed in less than 30 minutes with the help of one other person.
