They are nuts...

It was fine Just an overpriced rectangular nut I must have been the nut for ordering it

If you lose one or mess one up this is what you need to keep the top on your Jeep.
I had to buy two because the previous owner didn't put them on before I bought my Jeep.

Perfect fit and cheaper than the MOPAR one. But still kind of expensive considering that its literally just a piece of metal with a tapped hole. if you need more than one of these, buy yourself a tap and drill set to do it yourself.

would have loved to use these but they didnt fit the quick release bolts i bought directly from quadratec

Very disappointed with these. For something so simple, every last one had to be tapped out to get the threads right. It was not a lot of material, but as you can see from the pic, all six produced a little material after being tapped. The quality control at Crown seems non-existant.

Unfortunately did not fit the Kentrol hardtop bolts that I also ordered from this site. These nuts are fine thread and the bolts I ordered are coarse thread.

I bought these for my 91 YJ, and the threads didn't match my original factory bolts. So, now to make a second purchase and buy all new bolts from the same manufacturer and hope they fit.
