Reviews for Quadratec Adventure Mirrors with Round Head for 76-23 Jeep Wrangler JL, JK, TJ, YJ, CJ & Gladiator JT
if you just want a cheap mirror to be legal than this is ok. However, it wont hold in place after about 30 mph.
Really not a great secure way for side mirrors. Cranking it down doesn’t always fit the billl.
Meets the legal or road legal definition of side view mirrors but vibration, wind, and weak design make them relatively unusable.
Easy to install, like the look, but... really shakes when driving. Also has a whistle from wind when driving over 50mph. Will be looking at another product soon.
Fold in easy @ hiway speed! Needs a better way to stay put.
Only buy if you want to stay legal. Really loud and worthless over 40 mph.
The mirror moves around and does not stay in place even with the washers and bolts. Additionally, the mirror itself moves as soon as the car gets about about 15MPH.
Junk, purchased 4 weeks ago they don’t stay in place at 50 mph. Lower speeds they vibrate and do not provide a clear reflection. SAVE YOUR MONEY
They don't fit TJ and it would destroy the nylon sleeve if you try without modification .
These are very flimsy... I can't get the nuts tight enough (nor can my husband, so it's not a girl/strength thing) on the driver's side to not swing in when driving on the interstate. I would definitely recommend one that has two arms (the triangle-looking brackets) over this one, but it isn't bad for the price...
Returning there mirrors. They shake more than a leave in a hurricane. As well, while traveling approximately 40 mph, the driver mirror completely rotated in and the passenger mirror did the same, although not as much. Both mirrors were not usable once they pivoted in. Tried tightening the bolts to no avail. Same result, poor design. This was on a 2019 JL.
