is this part ready for paint or does it need to be sanded and primed? also just to confirm this is the driver side hinge correct?
Yes this is driver side and is ready for paint. A factory primer coat is applied
do the two bolts come with it?
No this does not include the hardware, you can reuse your original or see part #6509101AA
Are these made of same metal that has caused the bubbling issue in past models or are these updated to correct that issue?
No, Jeep is still using the same steel and powder coating process that causes the reaction. Aftermarket companies making the hinges in stainless steel will remedy that issue.
does this door hinge come with primer already on it?
This has a semi-gloss paint applied to the surface. If you are painting to match the vehicle you will need to sand and prime first.
