Works great! Needed it so that I could install a bike and clear an oversized spare tire. Haven't noticed any rattle. It comes with a hitch pin, but I also bought the BOLT 7018440 5/8" Hitch Pin Lock for 93-18 Jeep Vehicles so that I could lock it in.

It is just what we needed to expand our hitch to receive our bike rack and clear the tire!

Nice accessory to use with bike rack.

I use this extension for my bike rack. The spare tire is no longer in the way! I have it 4 stars because the rack does bounce up and down with the extension. It is a little loose fitting.

Nicely made, inside tube wall thickness a little thin (1/8" wall steel) Perfect for my application to use existing receiver style bike rack with Jeep Liberty with rear mounted spare tire. 2 length options: 10 3/4" extension OR 12 1/4" from your existing pin hole the the pin hole in the extension. came with hitch pin, very nice!
