Great. I got it as a backup to my hardwired switches. Haven't had to use it yet. I did test it when I got and it works great.

Cheap to buy, works exactly like the one that came with the winch the first time, only this one is orange. I like the color, makes it easier to find.

I purchased this Quadratec 4-wire winch remote to replace a far more expensive broken 3-wire Superwinch remote. My rating would have been 5-star, however, the remote didn't include any kind of wiring diagram, nor was Quadratec even able to provide one upon request… but I managed to figure it out and it works great! Thought I’d share here to potentially help others:
YellowQT - RedSW (power);
BlueQT - WhiteSW (winch OUT);
BrownQT - BlackSW (winch IN);
BlackQT - UNUSED.

Direct replacement. Winch now works like new
