This carpet made a huge difference for my Jeep. I bought my 07 Wrangler 2-door used and someone had removed the carpet and installed bed liner, which I appreciated but it it was hot, noisy, and just didn't look great. I installed the carpet in about an hour and it was very easy. Not only does it look great, but there is a significant amount of noise reduction. Not only that, but even with the drain plugs in I always felt like I was driving around with my heater on my feet the whole time I was driving without carpet. Now it's just as comfortable as driving any other car. The great thing is that if I want to go off-roading and am afraid of getting it muddy, I can pull it all out in about 15 min and re-installation takes about the same.
I really like this product. My carpets started to get nasty from my Jeep leaking in heavy rains, and I wanted to find a replacement that wouldn’t mold or mildew. I didn’t want to go with bedliner because I know how bedliner fades and stains badly with dirt. Also, I didn’t like seeing the wiring running down the sides of my tub. The bed rug looks real clean and premium, especially with the tailgate cover. It doesn’t fit 100% in a couple areas, but honestly it’s about as good a fit as the factory carpet! I’m giving the product 4 instead of 5 stars due to the high price and not quite “perfect” fit (but it still fits quite well, really).
Looks great, insulates against temps and noise. Fit was a bit off on the drivers side under seat but I was able to trim that up. Also not sure about the adhesives surviving Florida heat but we will see. The Manufacturer was helpful with install questions and I’m sure will replace any failing hook and loop portions if that happens during warranty period. The portion over jk “trunk” either needs to be trimmed to leave factory hard cover or laid over top which creates bulged area but retains rigidity. Removing factory trunk lid makes a collapsy piece of carpet over the “trunk”. Have received multiple compliments on it like a status symbol. I’d recommend.
