I am only giving this item 3 stars because even though the instructions state that the front seats do not need to be removed, it was WAAAY easier to perform the install after I removed the driver and passenger seats. Install at that point went very well but the carpet required some trimming in a couple of spots. I purchased this product to eliminate the black carpet in my jeep. After the install, I could not tell if there was any noise reduction. If you want to retain your Weathertech mats, just carefully cut them out of the factory carpet and then open the retaining clips up. Place the weathertech mats in to mark the hole for placement and the carefully cut slits into the Bedrug to reinsert. In In the future it would be nice to see lighter color options.

I am very disappointed in this product it does not fit properly in a 2012 2-door JK. There is a huge gap between the carpeting that goes under the seat and the rear carpeting under the bench seat
