Mopar's design for these are brain dead. Who would think plastic screws are a good idea? The push pins that hold the front grille on the Jeep are a little smaller, but work just fine, buy some of those instead.

Didn't get one application out of the product. Stripped on first turn/torque. Had to remove and replace.
