Reviews for Quadratec 88-02 Style Replacement Mirror Kit for 87-18 Jeep Wrangler YJ, TJ, TJ Unlimited, JK & JK Unlimited Tube Doors
I have had these for around 5-6 months now and both of the mirrors are corroded. Other then that they are great. It’s just that the oem mirrors weren’t even corroded, and they were on the car for over 20 years.
Installation was easy, parts fit fine and it is nice to have black rather than corrosion coloured mirrors. I am very disappointed with quality though. The mirror is rippled (nothing like seeing a double height mini coming up behind you) and they do vibrate far more than the stock mirrors.
The mirror are not that good. Bracket is great but reflections are wavy...not clear....sounds like they're made of plastic.....need better mirrors.
I am rather disappointed in these mirrors. The only time they give a clear picture is when the vehicle is not running. When driving they vibrate so much you can hardly see out of them.
They say this fits a tube foot but it doesn’t the bolts that come with it are not even long enough also they don’t have things to hold them in place
Never will use Quadratec again
Have had many issues with them before
These mirrors were rippled, I returned the first set and received a second set and those were rippled also. I ended up painting my old mirrors and putting them back on.
Don't spend your money on these.Very poor quality product. Will not stay where you want them. Image is distorted. I like Quadratec. But you have to find a better product to put your name on.
I bought one for the passenger side when the OEM was shattered by a rock. The mirror swivel attachment is very weak and moves all around. The OEM Jeep mirror on the driver's side is 15 years old and solid.
Very disappointed in these replacement mirrors. They are very wavy and distorted. If you are thinking about replacement mirrors, do not order these. Get real Jeep replacement mirrors.
i purchased these replacement mirrors a few months ago. I can verify the other reviews, these are not quality replacement mirrors. They shake and do not hold their position very well.
