Reviews for Quadratec iVault for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ

I recently replaced my entire stereo system in my 97 TJ. Since I have a soft top I wanted something not only that would protect my Alpine head unit from weather, but from theft too. After see this here on Quadratec website and seeing other reviews, I knew right away this was what I needed. The Ivault locks away the head unit from anyone and is 100% secure. To remove it means removing most of the dash. Easy to install since I was replacing the stereo anyways. The drawer locks away my iPhone 11 with plenty of space. Great invention and great theft deterrence. Thanks Quadratec!

This item served 2 purposes for me since my Jeep is open, the stereo security is good but I found the sliding shelf works great to mount your GPS suction cup on. Rather than having it attached to the windshield where it is in the way, mounting on the shelf allows full visibility out the windshield and great access to the GPS

Bought this for our 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport. We had it installed with our new stereo system to replace our 2000 Pioneer Detachable face deck. It fits like a glove and we LOVE it. The guys at our local audio store " Auto Sounds " stated that they never seen anything like it and no problem at all when it was being installed with the new system.

The product is great, that is for sure but I especially enjoyed how quickly they got it shipped out to me! I wish I would have looked here first before buying the antenna openin for my 98 jeep. Turns out Quadratec is only much cheaper!!

This is our second one and we love it

This is awesome !! I have a Jeep Wrangler 2000, with a 4 cylinder (not that it should make any difference on the engine size). Jeep's are so "open" to theft, I thought this would be a great product if it worked. AND IT DOES !! went together with ease, and it is extremely sturdy. If someone is going to take your stereo, they are going to need to bring some serious tools and spend some time to defeat this product. Highly recommend.

Works really well. I like it a lot and look great.
I had to send back the first one they sent it was the wrong year TJ that was 20$ I didn't want to spend. I will definitely call to order parts next time to avoid any confusion.

Hopefully it will actually secure the stereo unit properly
