Screwed it in, plugged the wire in and BOOM - tail lights. They do what they are supposed to do. Very happy

Easy to install. I would have given it 5 stars but everything works but the brake light part. Disappointed to get the new light and the brake light part doesn't work. I installed the passenger side light and it works fine. Wiring issue is my guess.
