Easy to install and use

Great product to have. Works wonderfully.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!! Installed on 74 Jeep CJ 5. Easy install once radiator is removed. This is one add on that is worth more than the price (if you shop around for the best price of around ten bucks) Seems like a quality part. Keys could be more robust and seem to be made of soft metal. They can be easily twisted in two when trying to lock since you are turning the key against spring pressure to begin with and even a slight binding force will ruin the key(ask me how I know) Had a couple keys made and they are of much better and stronger metal. This lock is THE answer to locking the hood on my CJ 5. I have had a battery stolen once but no more!

good parts

Easy straight forward install. The entry protector is a bit stiff though, I guess with use it will get softer. All in all I feel safer now, no more stolen batteries!
