Exactly what I needed and very simple to install.

Good fit

Thought it was cheap at first but it's not bad stuff. Just don't try to over tighten the screws.

Latches are decent enough, but the hardware included is insufficient. The rivets provided do not fit in the mounting bracket of the front latch. It is necessary to file off material from the flange of the rivet to make in fit. In addition, there is no washer or backing plate provided for the rivets, for the other side of the rib on the hardtop that the latches mount to, because fiberglass cannot hold a rivet by itself. Also, when adding a backing plate, the rivets provided are not long enough to hold everything together. One of the latches fell out upon release, after adjusting the length. It will need to be fitted with machine screws to properly hold.

The portion of the kit for the rear of the hardtop does not impress me either. The thumb screws are decent, but the retainers that have to be riveted to the tub are inadequate. First off, they are just flimsy sheet metal retainers. Second, they are non-floating, so they had best be installed 100% correct the first time, or there better be a lot of slop in the holes on the hardtop. Virtually the same speed and ease of removal could be achieved by simply carrying a socket driver in the glove box.

Money would be better spent to just order a socket driver and a couple latches from an industrial supply warehouse.
