There are no other seals needed for the panels.
Are the clamps the only locking mechanism? I have an 08 two door and was expecting the mounting knobs to come with the top.

Yes this kit will include a new seal for the passenger side panel. The seal between the panels and the rear section is not included.
Does it clamp in the front in two or three places?
At the front there is 1 latch (to the windshield frame) and a lever (to the other panel) for each side
