Just installed my rack on my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Sahara JK.
It was easy to install and looks great! No driving noise and works great

This is a great rack! I had a different kind on my old Jeep that worked just fine but what I really like about this one is how easy it is to lean it back to take down the soft top. There are just two hand turned screws (that's probably not the correct technical term) and then a wire holds the rack back so you can put down the soft top. On my old one you had to unscrew the bolts with a wrench and have someone support the rack while manipulating the soft top.

I put two stackable kayaks on top ( about 50 pounds each) as well as tied other gear to the rack and was all over back roads in Maine with no problems - very solid rack.

I did not install it myself but "my guy" did it - had to remove back bumper and screw it directly into frame - he asked where I got it because he was impressed with it and wanted to recommend it to Jeep owning customers.

Nice Rack, But I need to track down where the whistling is since I installed it.. Perfect after 50 mph, but 30 to 50 I have to turn up the radio to drown out the whistling... Plus there seems to be a modification that is required to the license plate bracket before you elevate the cool rack option, that I was not aware of. Just food for thought. If I knew about the whistling, I would have gotten the rack that didn't lift. Not as cool as I thought. But looks great....

typical chinese manufacturer. holes in tubes needed to be enlarged in order for unit to line up. instructions were poor. alot of RTV used to ensure against water ingress.
after installation, unit is functioning as it should.
