This is a solid piece of hardware. Firmly holds the Hi-Lift, though the foot plate is not supported, so it rattles.

This is an excellent Mount I have had it on my jeep for over two years and it is still in excellent condition it gives me the ability to mount my highlift Jack, CB antenna and back up light to my tailgate

The Teraflex Hi-Lift Jack Mount is a very solid addition to the HD Tailgate Hinged Tire Carrier. My 42” Hi-Lift Jack fit perfectly and it makes absolutely zero noise with a rubber handle isolator that cost $7. I also hooked up the CB antenna to the mount and grounding seems better than on the old spare tire carrier. Love this setup and with a 42” jack, it does not rise past the soft top or impede my garage door, even with 35’s and a lift. Installation was easy too.
