Perfect stock replacement. All attachment points lined up perfectly on my 1998 TJ.

The washers with the provided hardware are a bit small, so I opted to use the original hardware.

Not a product issue, but it does take an extended period of time to remove all the attachment points. Especially the rear wheel wells where the attachment points are behind a mud protector that needs to be removed in order to access the attachment points.
