On my second set of these and may have to invest in a 3rd. The passenger side cracked 2 winters ago when brushing snow off the hood. I replaced it and now the new one us all cracked from who knows what. I tried to appoxy it, but it only got worse. What does this lifetime warranty cover. I dont want to spend another $80 and only need the one side....

I really like they way they look or I would never give them four stars. My issue is with the material they are made of. The plastic is not flexible and if you don't get them lined up just right, when you tighten them down they crack. If you like the look, make sure you have them on a spot where they are flush all the way around the outer edge.

Does what it needs to do. I decided to run mine higher up the hood than the template gave me. I made my own and they fit well but the material used is brittle. Any pressure after they’re installed could crack the area. Came with all necessary hardware and following the template would have been simple.

These look great but mine melted down and collapsed after two weeks. They clearly deformed where the heat escaped from the hood.
