I just installed this in my '15 Unlimited. It took maby 1/2 an hour not moving quickly and drinking coffee. The 18mm bolts that hold the front of the seat WERE torqued in pretty good from the factory so have a long handle ratchet, not some cheesy generic 4" handled one. Fit perfectly under my seat (I still have full factory carpet). The drawer slides smoothly and though it doesn't open completly (there's a couple inches that are still 'inside' but it PERSONALLY don't bother me). The finish blends and hides itself under the seat nicely. Dotn let the picture fool you, the bracket goes UNDER the seat brackets and fits flush to the floor in the front.

Have a 2014 JKU and install took about 30min. Fits like a glove and you would never even know it's there! Very pleased!

This is by far the best mod that I have done to the Jeep. Very easy to install. Make sure you put blue licktite threadlocker on the screws. It keeps them from ever coming loose. Very solid and sturdy built. Now why only four stars ? The keys, can someone could not be more creative . The key cut is so simple I actually opened it with a paper clip. Now I have to go spend more money and put a round multi pin lock like a drink machine has on it..

Out of all the small mods I have done to the jeep this is one of my favorites. It's great to have with the doors off. It could probably use a better locking mechanism but other than that I like the functionality. Just a heads up, you will need a torque wrench if your seats are newly factory installed.

Box adapted for a hand firearm acts as safe. You will need a solid long arm wrench to untwist the bolts holding the seat.
