Didn't fit my '01 XJ. Number on box matches part number listed here but photo doesn't match the part I received. The threaded nylon section is white and there were triangular tips at the start of the threads like the one pictured on quadratec part #15006.07. The triangular thread starts prevented installation. I shaved triangles off, we'll see how it goes. Never worked this hard to get a gas cap on. Never wrote a review on a gas cap.

I purchased this to replace my original gas cap for a 2007 Wrangler and my check engine light is still on and in addition, my gas cap light is on. It said that it works for 01 - 11 and now I find myself having to purchase another cap.
