Fit perfect

Awesome radiator, easy install. Completely fixed my overheating issues on hot Florida highways. I also did my hoses at the same time.

Perfect fit. No leaks. Replaced my slow leaking radiator and haven't had an issue with low coolant since!

Not a direct fit for 94 wrangler, one of the fan covers did not align with radiator mounting.

Did not come with transmission cooler line fittings (as shown in picture), not a big deal, but one more trip to the store I didn't think I'd have to make...

1993 YJ, 4.0. Welded mounting nut on bottom driverside of radiator busted loose upon tightening. Of course it was the last mounting bolt installed and due to the location it was difficult to remove. Once removed I simply ran a bolt and nut through to secure the radiator. Passenger side bottom of radiator did not have threaded hole to secure fan shroud. Not our daily driver so only a few trips since install. No issues to date.

We had a frustrating time installing because the mounting holes didn't line up at the bottom of the radiator, AND the nuts welded on for the fan "housing" were the wrong size completely. We had to drill and tap new threads into the radiator welded nuts in order for the original bolts to work. It didn't come with new bolts the correct size. Also, when I read that it was a direct poem replacement, that led me to believe that it would be all metal like the oem radiator... After buying it and receiving it I realized that I hadn't read the details throughly enough- it's PLASTIC and aluminum. (yes, I know it says that in the description, I didn't notice that originally). The details state: "These radiators are a direct OEM replacement and require no alterations." ---WRONG, wrong bolt threads and spacing is an issue.
