Great product, well made and works perfectly. Regarding other reviews and difficulty getting shift pattern diagram to snap into the knob itself: Simple solution - take a heat gun to top of knob for a few seconds to soften. The shift pattern diagram will insert easily with out any issues! Hope that helps and I love mine.
