This is a very good panel. Needed a little tweeking to get to fit perfect. All of the predrilled holes in the panel were perfect. Good deal for the money. When installing these, you won't be able to spot weld the flange near the outside. Some have suggested using pop rivets. I used good quality stainless screws with nuts and washers. The screws will hold better and last longer.
