2001 TJ with Dana 30 front and tow package so it has Dana 44 rear. Chromoly front axles by 10 Factory says has 27 splines in and out. I thought the 2001 TJ was 27 inner and 30 outer?
27/27 shafts were used from 87-06 in the Wrangler series Dana 30

I ordered this kit and I have no idea what those two unpainted rings are for. Can someone clarify please?
Those are just small dust shields for use in the end of the axle tubes.
Are these available for 1998 jeep cherokee with ABS on a hp30 front axle?
Yes it will work but you will have to reuse the ABS rings from your old axle.
