Hardware question: What size screws and how many are needed? I see the above answer that says the hardware is listed in "our experts recommend," but all I see is the snap-in-nut, not the actual screws. Thank you.
Quantity 4 of a Mopar part number 06510251AA but we do not have a source for the M4.2x1.41x23.50 Hex Head screw and washer. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes my rear tire carrier covers up part of my license plate I need to move it out or up a little bit I've seen people get pulled over for this what can I do
The most popular solution is to move the plate to the center of the tire carrier (Smittybilt 4434) and use a delete panel (Mopar 55397112AB) to cover the hole where this was removed.

I don't have the original screws. Can you provide them to me, please?
Yes, the screws needed for attachment are listed in the "Our Experts Recommend"

Is there a way to put the license plate bracket on without removing the entire bumper
Unfortunately not without omitting mounting hardware.

Does this come with Hardware !?
No the screws are not included, it would reuse your original screws. If they are missing we can get them for you, #06507238AA
