Reviews for Spidertrax Wheel Spacer Kit for 05-18 Jeep Wrangler JK, Unlimited JK, Grand Cherokee WK & Commander XK with 5x5" Bolt Pattern
love these. gives the jeep a more rugged look while giving me 100% clearance.
HIGH QUALITY----MADE IN THE USA
Jeep had 2" spacers when purchased used. Not knowing the brand or quality, opted for what I read to be some of the best, Spidertrax. I went with 1.75 inch to get the backspacing required for my Rancho 2" lift, and using stock wheels with 285/75/17 tires. Have maybe 1k miles on them, have been great. Like the wider stance it gives.
Son wants it
Love the pop these spacers gave the jeeps new tires
The orange Jeep with the stubby bumper and winch is mine. Bought the 1.75 inch spacers to push out my wheels since they didn’t have enough backspace for 35s. The wheels had 5.5 and the spacers gave me around 3.75-4.00 inches of backspace which looks great in my opinion. I kind of wish they'd have more colors to choose from but I don’t mind the blue too much. Doesn’t really stand out unless you’re really looking to see. The spacers do make the Jeep feel more stable when driving and it seems easier to control when in heavy crosswinds on the highway. Highly recommend and I would buy again.
I like fat Jeeps but I hate when the tires rub against the frame. Running those 40's on wheels that were made for 35's with their backspacing, you're gonna need these to push them out. Solid well made, just torque them down properly and you are good to go mudding or to the mall.
Easy to install, LOVE what it does for the look AND for the ride. Seems like it would be a minor thing that you wouldn't notice. It isn't. VERY noticeable improvement. Also allows for a wider (295/70 and/or 285/75) tire without rubbing.
Solid, easy install. Very good quality from a reputable company. Definitely worth the extra for the reputation.
These are awesome. I have purchased others, but these are the best I've used. The blue anodization is deep and even. The lugs are rock solid. Use a torque wrench and do not guess the ft-lbs...be precise!
