I was able to install this even with the soft top on. You don't even know it's on the jeep. Even better the jack is not in the elements rusting with fading paint.

Great way to mount a Hi-Lift jack while keeping it secured within your Jeep.

This is exactly what they say it is and has helped me get my Hi-lift jack out of my way while I store it on my Jeep. I did not like the spot on the Jeep it is made for so I went about 3 feet up the roll bar and mounted it there with no issues and it's basically the same thing but up and out of the way. If you put it where it is intended you will be able to put the hard top on without having to remove the jack. It's a very good product and much easier to get to than on the hood mounting.

Awesome mounting kit. Not recommended for after market fast back style tops. But an awesome mount.

Didn't work well for me. Always in the way when I needed to reach into the back. Went with a different mounting system.
