Worked great.

An amazing AEV product. We have an AEV JKUR and I have slowly been adding a few things that didn't come stock from them. This was one of them! Wow this is a great upgrade if you like being in the back country and want an anchor and jack in an easy to get to spot and out of the jeep itself. It was literally plug and play with the AEV rear bumper. You will be super pleased. Installation was a breeze. Took about 45 min.

A couple of side notes, as mentioned you will need to remove you base and use the supplied AEV base for the mount. They are right it is not as well built or big. So I just keep them both. When I need the jack I literally made an adjustment so the AEV base stays with the mount and then I put on the other.

The other point of note, if you carry a standard shovel on the AEV tire carrier slot, you will no longer be able to. You will need to cut the handle down about 4-6" depending on shaft length. It surprised me that they wouldn't catch this or make the necessary change but it is still a great product that I love.

A great product which would have received five stars. However, on opening the box I noticed a U Bolt was missing which had to be replaced. As the U Bolt is not standard, it was difficult to find an exact match. Secondly, the AEV replacement Jack foot was not well designed, and had to be slightly modified to fit my Genuine Hi-Lift Jack. Basically the AEV Jack Foot receiving slot is slightly smaller than the jack pillar. Additionally, the replacement foot is smaller than the original and doesn't fit snug in the Hi-Lift Jack-base accessory.

While I wish it used the stock foot plate, I do understand the design with the hook so it easily locks in place. That's the only complaint. For positives, it is a quick install, the fit is excellent, and it looks awesome on the Jeep. It's also easy to remove in the field.

The installation was easy enough. The hi-lift mounts tight and is rattle free. I still used a Daystar handle retainer to insure nothing was going to vibrate. I would give it five stars if all the hardware was E coated. But a couple of the nuts and u bolts are galvanized silver rather than black.

Expensive but outstanding mount for your Hi-Lift jack. Don't have a Pull-Pal but I wanted the mount for my AEV tire carrier. Even though it's pricey, the quality is typical AEV: outstanding. I give 4 stars only due to price.

So, you have to remove your base on your hi-lift and put the AEV base on which is a sloppy fit and smaller. That means you have to find a place to store the original base which fits much better and provides more stability. I could not recommend ever using the AEV base to support a lift. when stowed the hi-lift jack is rock solid and doesn’t move which is what you want. The inconvenience of having the alternate base and having to store your original makes this product just average. And not a great value. Have not used the pull pal portion of this mount.
