Durability, convenience.

The customized keying to match my Jeep key is fantastic. The cable is very stiff and has a strong coil memory, which makes it quite a beast to straighten out - it actually springs back to a coil with quite a bit of force. I'm hoping it settles down after some use. Otherwise I love it.

Follow instructions and you will have no problems, very easy to program lock. Very sturdy cable can be difficult to stretch out, but not that big of a deal.

This is a GREAT product if you have anything you want to lock on the inside of your softop-noTop Jeep, or any vehicle. The cable gives you 3 feet or a little less of actual play. Very good quality and a hefty lock that appears it will keep almost anything well secured. READ DIRECTIONS very carefully the first use, as you must TRAIN the right key at the right time. (I don't know if it can be 're-keyed', without sending it back to the factory.)

This lock is so convenient, I love that you can use your auto key for it and not have to carry around all these keys. seems pretty durable!!
