Is it possible to build the cart without the wheels being installed?
It is possible, but the bolts that hold the cart together would scrape on the floor. It would need to be raised off ground with a shim or stilt that would clear approximately another 1/4". Thanks for your inquiry.
when the top is on the cart, is it laying on the window or the top or the actual hardtop? Just thinking if the pressure is bad if left on the cart for any amount of time. Looking to buy asap after your response. Thanks
The hardtop material rests on the cart's included z bar. The liftgate glass is not supporting the tops weight and should not be at risk. Thanks for your inquiry.
The photos show a bar that holds the window from popping ope, does this come with the cart?

The cart itself is is 56x34x8, with the top on it you would be looking at 64W x 26D x 76H.
