I have a 1989 yj . I purchased the jeep with a soft top and half doors. Installed a hard top and full doors for winter and thought I would do factory style mirrors. Bad Idea. These mirrors are toy quality. They would be fine for a jeep sitting in a museum. I went with TJ mirrors that mount on upper hinges. The passenger side mirror view is blocked a little by the vent window trim but you get use to it.

Don't waste your money. Cannot adjust mirror tension. Shut your doors and the mirror moves. Breathe on them and the mirrors move. Quadratec shouldn't even carry them.
