I have a 2004 tj sahara with automatic transmission with 33/12.5/15 tires. Would I need a 31 tooth?
Please supply you vin number if you are unsure what gear ratio you have. Thanks for your inquiry. 31 tooth is correct if you have 3.73 gears. Thanks for your inquiry.

I have a 2002 4.0L RHD 5 speed manual Wrangler Sport and have replaced my tyres for 30" diameter rubber. I would like to correct the speedometer, the jeep has stock gears (3.07 final ratio I believe) and I calculated a 28 tooth gear but when I input 28 teeth your site says it is for a 55-93 Jeep. What gear do I need?

Which speedometer gear do I need when i upgrade my 1996 Grand Cherokee 4.0 from 3.55 gears 28.29" tire height to 4.56 gears 33.46" tire height? (Actual tire heights acquired from tire manufacturer)
All the charts we utilize list tire sizes in whole numbers, so it's really up to you to decide if you want to go with one or the other as your tire diameter is almost perfectly in the middle. With 34" tires and 4.56's, you want a 38 tooth gear. With 33" tires and 4.56's, you want a 39 tooth gear. Hope this helps!

I have a 2000 xj and I have 255/70 18 tires and gear ratii 4.88 I would like to know how many teeth should I put it on?
We recommend measuring the actual diameter of your tire versus going off the sidewall diameter. That said, a 255/70R18 equates to a 32.1" diameter tire. This means you want a 43-tooth speedo gear.

Will it fit for TJ with transmission-6-speed manual NSG370
As long as it is not a Rubicon edition it will fit. This installs in the 4wd transfer case
