Removed the original step bumper and did a little cleanup on the rusted areas. The short front fender extensions were a nice alternative. Adding just the extensions would have looked so-so next to the original faded flares. Spending a couple more bucks for this kit to replace all of them turned out to be a better idea. After an economical paint job to brighten up the Wrangler, these fender flares were a perfect, economic choice to replace the faded original flares. Fingers were sore for two days from holding those darn plastic nuts while assembling (Lol), but the effort and pain was worth the final outcome.
