Received just what I ordered, quicker than expected. Took maybe 10 minutes to install. Greta clean look.

Ordered this hitch online and was shocked 2 days later when it arrived at my front door. Quadratec is known for quick delivery and fantastic customer care but, to me that was outstanding. The instruction manual failed to mention that in order to install this, you must remove the driver side exhaust hanger from its grommet. This allows a hair of play in the exhaust which is just enough to put the bolts through the pre-drilled frame holes. The nuts and washers are a pain in the ^*% to get on between the frame and the rear bumper. To fix this dilemma, i used a magnetic wand to place the washer on the bolt, pulled the bolt out so the washer was just barely on it, then used a THIN set of LONG needle nose pliers to hold the nut while i hand turned the bolt into it. This worked well for me and install time was about 10 minutes total. Everything fit perfectly and all holes lined up just fine. I submitted two photos to this site of my Jeep after install, hopefully they will be able to show you the finished product on my Jeep. Have not tested pulling on it nor pulling against it. When i get stuck, ill take some pictures and post an update. All in all, Jeep made this a hard install but i have a feeling the pain will be well worth it. Good luck and Jeep on!

Great product. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I knew I could add this when I bought the Wrangler. It wasn't a difficult install, but I did have to loosen the bumper. I didn't install the power, but I have no reason for it at this time.
