No. This brush guard design is for the plastic bumper only. They do not appear to offer this style of brush guard for the steel bumper groups. Sorry.
Will the Mopar Light Bar work with the AEV Premium (no bar) bumper (2018 JKU)?
This is designed to work with the stock plastic bumpers only, Due to the angles, and how this mounts behind the bumper, there would be interference with the AEV bumpers.

Yes, this will fit with any production Wrangler JK bumper
Are there holes "pre-drilled" to snake the lighting wires through or does the bar need to be modified?
You will need to drill in order to hide the wires.

Unfortunately No, the Rubicon steel bumper does not leave enough clearance.
what is the distance between mounting holes (center to center)?
They are 8" apart each.
A customer photo of the product shows a light bar attached. Do you know how they were able to overcome the middle tab problem and attach the bar?
Some LED Light Bars will have a sliding adjustable base where the mounting studs are not locked at a single distance.
Will this fit on a JL?
No this will not fit the JL Wrangler or Gladiator JT
Will this mount on a Mopar Hard Rock bumper?
Yes this can be installed with the Rubicon Hardrock Bumper.
