It’s a nice piece of equipment, but absolutely DOES NOT fit as a direct replacement. As another review said it was about 2” too narrow for the seat frame. We are opting to modify and make it work rather than pay return shipping and order something else.

The bracket is sold as a direct replacement. It's not even close. The floor mounting holes are not really much of an issue as new holes can be drilled in the floor board to accommodate, but the bracket is quite a bit narrower than the seat. Mounting holes on the seat don't come close to matching the holes on the bracket. The mounting plate on the bracket is about 2" narrower than the factory seat and there's no adjustment on the bracket to widen it to fit the seat. I was a bit miffed that I had to pay return shipping on something that WAS NOT as advertised. I repaired the original bracket.
