What is the difference between part 917232.04.14 and part OMIX 17232.04? Looking for 1990 YJ tilt steering with intermittent wipers turn signal stop.
They are the same part, and this is the proper cancelling cam for your application. There is only one option for the 1990 models

Does this work on a 78 CJ5 with tilt? Do I need a different switch or does the same switch work with both tilt and no tilt?
Yes this has been confirmed to fit back to 1974 with tilt steering and works with original equipment.
