I have a 84 CJ7 with 33x12.5x15R tires. Will these fit and what width and spacing would you recommend? I was thinking 15x8 3.75 spacing but I’m not sure.
If you have the appropriate amount of lift for the 33" outer diameter, they should fit, and 3.75" backspace would be the better selection for helping to minimize any potential turning radius rub.

Will the 17x9 with 4.5 inch backspace fit on my 1976 cj5 with a super lift 2-1/2” suspension lift without rubbing?
The wheel size will not be ideal for a 31" or smaller tire that should be used on a CJ lifted 2-2.5". If that wheel was being used to run a 32" or larger, 4 inches of lift would be suggested. Thanks for your inquiry.

Above you mention " you would just need to purchase open center caps for that application" I don't see that option here. is the cap removable that is shown with these wheels? Please elaborate on the needed caps to use with my '79 CJ5.
The included center cap would just not be used when using it on the front with your manual locking hubs. Black rock does not make their own open center caps but ones from Cragar 5x5.5 wheels will also fit, but they are not required. https://www.quadratec.com/products/92600_X0X_PG.htm. What is the center bore diameter?
The bore diameter is 4.28".
