Easy Install, looks great

These did not fit my 2012 JKU doors properly. They fit in the hinge, but the threads at the bottom were too short. It left the pin nut about 1/8" from being snug up to the bottom of the hinge. They look great, but unfortunately didn't work for me. I ended up buying the Rugged Ridge set, which only come in Black powder coat, and those fit properly. Though I'll have to paint them to match the glossy black Jeep paint.

These hinges are a waste of money if you expect them to look good for more than a few months and to not rust. I bought enough to outfit my 4-door but only installed one of them, Spring 2018, to see how it went. It's now Spring 2019 and the paint has completely faded, the hinge pin crown has oxidized so it looks like it's galvanized, and the shank completely rusted such that the door creaked terribly riding in Delrin bushings). I just pulled the door off and applied some grease to get me through until I find a good solution. I wouldn't buy these if you live in an area where is snows, rain, or has air.
